Pure Planet Club ships Australia wide. All orders are processed within 2 business days of being received, Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. As soon as your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email provided. If you have any questions relating to when your order will be delivered, please refer to your tracking information prior to contacting us.
Once an item has been shipped from our warehouse, it is the customer’s responsibility to organise a return, we cannot recall any deliveries that have left our distribution centre and are with a courier company.
We are dedicated to getting your order to you without any problems whatsoever, but in the rare case that an issue occurs, we will be happy to help. We strive to deliver all orders ASAP, although sometimes shipping delays occur, if your order has not arrived 5 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us
All orders are authorised to be left in a sheltered area. On some occasions orders may be returned to a local post office if the delivery driver deems it is unsafe to leave the parcel at the premises, some examples but not limited to (closed gate or front door is visible from curb).
If your shipment is returned to Pure Planet Club due to failure to collect from your local post office a reshipping fee will be charged to ship your order again. The reshipping fee is dependant on your location and can vary customer to customer.
